Package Includes:

Research up to 3 venues within your selected area and notify whether your chosen date is available.

Provide menu packages, beverage lists and any applicable fees such as venue hire.

Provide venue descriptions and photos including surrounding outlook/views.

Book reception venue on your behalf and advise caterers of final numbers.

Ensure all deposits and final payments are made by due dates.

Decor consultation including reception layout and design.

Assistance with seating plans if required.

Regular and unlimited communication regarding reception enquiries via email or phone.
