Returns Policy

Here at Wedding Kingdom we are proud to say that we have never had any returns to date as all of our Brides have been absolutely delighted with their purchases. If however you are not happy with your goods we will happily exchange within 10 days of receipt.

Please remember that the colours shown on our website are as true as possible, however, as photography sometimes changes the shade slightly they may differ slightly. We cannot be held responsible for your interpretation of colour.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be packed carefully and shipped in original packing boxes or similar quality. It is the buyers’ responsibility and cost for all return shipping charges. It must arrive to us in the same condition they left our premises.

Refunds will only be given once we receive and review the goods and will not be given if they do not meet the above conditions.
