Bookings

Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days only. Bookings not confirmed within this period will be cancelled. Confirmation of your wedding booking is required by retuning booking form and accepting these terms and conditions, accompanied by a 25% or $500.00 deposit (whichever is greater).

Please note: Hire only bookings require a $100.00 deposit.

Price Variations

Wedding Kingdom endeavours to maintain prices as quoted, however all prices are subject to change without notice to cover any reasonable unforeseeable increases in costs.

Settlement of Account

Final payment of your account must be finalised 14 days prior to the event unless prior arrangements have been made and exceptions granted.

Cancellations

Should your wedding be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the confirmed date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Inclement Weather

In the event that extreme weather conditions prevent you from holding your ceremony at your requested outdoor site, money will not be refunded. Wedding Kingdom will do their best to set up and coordinate your ceremony at an alternate location of your choice.  A minimum of 5 hours notice is required to accommodate this change. In the unfortunate event that this may take place, the client understands the risks of choosing to hold their wedding ceremony at an outdoor location and will not hold Wedding Kingdom responsible for anything that may not go to plan.

Wedding Kingdom will supply white umbrellas for the bridal party at no extra cost.

In the event of rain, or areas containing puddles or mud patches Wedding Kingdom may withhold rolling out carpet runners.

In the event of high winds, Wedding Kingdom has the right to refuse the use of market umbrellas, cantilever umbrellas, arches, canopies, bali flags or marquees if we deem it unsafe for our equipment or the general public.

Loss/Damage

All items remain the property of Wedding Kingdom and clients will be charged for any loss or damage to items. Payment for loss or damage must be finalised within 30 days of event.

Availability of products and services

Not all stock is kept on site and may not be available without sufficient notice. We recommend confirming all requirements as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Availability of products and services are only guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit.

Changes and further requirements

Final numbers, requirements and colour schemes must be finalised no later than 4 weeks prior to event date. Further increases or requests within 4 weeks of event date are not always possible however will be accommodated where available. Reductions in guest numbers and/or requirements within 4 weeks of event date will not be refunded.

Permits

Wedding Kingdom is responsible for obtaining any wedding ceremony or event permit that is required as part of your wedding package. A copy of this permit will be kept on file if the client wishes to view it.

Ceremony Location

Ceremony location will be selected and chosen based on the client’s requests. Once council permit has been granted location may not be changed unless it becomes inaccessible on day due to bad weather or other unforseen circumstances in which instance another suitable location may be chosen.

Clean up

Please read your permit regulations carefully. The use of paper confetti, rice or any other form of compact streamer is not usually permitted. Although Wedding Kingdom offer a clean up service (which includes raking the whole area) we cannot be held responsible for any small paper confetti particles left behind.

Unless you have booked a drink serving package or have made agreed arrangements with us, Wedding Kingdom will not be held responsible for cleaning up empty drink bottles and cans that have been offered to your guests attending the event.

Advertising

In accepting our services, the client is agreeing to the possibility of photos been taken of their wedding for advertising and marketing purposes.

Liability

In no event shall Wedding Kingdom and their respective affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with use of services or equipment supplied by Wedding Kingdom.

Client accepts these terms and conditions upon payment of deposit.
