Step 1
You browse our website and decide it would be wonderful to get married with
us at beautiful Caloundra, Sunshine Coast.
Step 2
You decide on date and find a suitable wedding package or simply email us
your requirements to customise your own. You may use our enquiry form.
Step 3
We confirm our availability for your selected date and provide you with
a quote, answer any queries and offer other additional information.
Step 4
You are happy with your package quoted and decide to commit to
getting married in Caloundra with Wedding Kingdom.
Step 5
You book a date by accepting our terms and conditions and filling
in our online booking form along with 25% booking fee.
Step 6
You arrange your air travel, plan your holiday/honeymoon, accommodation and
decide on a wedding location.
Step 7
Once booking fee is received we will start making your wedding day arrangements.
Step 8
Our marriage celebrant will be in touch with you to arrange all the legal paperwork
and provide you with sample cermonies, vows, ring exchanges etc.
Step 9
You decide on your flowers and any other personal touch you would like added.
You may upgrade package or add extras.
Step 10
We keep in contact with you via phone or email until the day you arrive. We will
answer any of your queries or clear any uncertainties up for you.
Step 11
Final payment is made no later than 14 days prior to your wedding day.
Step 12
You arrive in Caloundra. We meet with you the day before the wedding
to finalise all the details and make contingency plans where necessary.
Ceremony and photography is discussed.
Step 13
The BIG DAY has finally arrived!!! Everything goes as planned and you
have a the truely magical wedding you both desired.
Step 14
You enjoy your honeymoon together as a newlywed couple and we send
you the photos and/or DVD in the mail.
